Return & Exchange Policy
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with a product, we accept returns or exchanges.
- Return/Exchange Window: Requests for returns or exchanges are accepted within 1 week from the date of order delivery.
- Product Condition: For returns or exchanges, the product must have at least 90% of the contents remaining in the bottle.
- Processing Time: Return/Exchange requests will be processed within 3-5 working days.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable for return/exchange orders.
- Customer Responsibility for Delivery Charges: Customers are responsible for the delivery charges of exchange orders.
- Tester Box Policy: Tester Boxes (Sample Boxes) are non-refundable as they are solely for fragrance testing purposes.
- Orders Above Rs. 10,000: Orders above Rs. 10,000 are non-refundable and can only be exchanged.
- Damaged, Leaked, or Wrong Products: In the case of damage, leakage, or incorrect product delivery, we will cover the delivery charges for return or exchange.
